Credit Card Policy

MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards may be accepted for purchase of goods at the discretion of Dynamic Technology People. ONLY AUSTRALIAN credit cards will be accepted. A surcharge of 1.4% will apply to the total invoice. Goods will only be shipped after the funds have been cleared into our bank account.  For Corporate or Government purchases an official order is required with authority to debit credit card and full details and signature of card holder.

Deliveries

Deliveries will not be made to PO Boxes or unattended addresses. All goods MUST be signed for by an authorised person upon receipt (proof of identity may be required by the shipper/courier so please do not be offended if asked for proof of identity). If payment is made by credit card Dynamic Technology People will NOT retain details of your credit card in any electronic form. A copy of your signed authority will be retained for a period of two years.

Credit Account Policy

Occasionally Dynamic Technology People will offer credit terms of seven (7) days. These terms are a privilege and MUST be adhered to to maintain your future credit terms availability. Failure to do so will result in alternative methods of payment being requested prior to shipment of goods. Whilst your order may specify your payment terms, our invoice specifies our supply terms. Acceptance of our delivery means that you agree to our terms of supply and your terms of order are rescinded. Accounts that exceed our credit terms WILL be charged interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per annum over the current unsecured commercial rate offered by our bankers (ANZ).

Returns Policy

If the goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery Dynamic Technology People MUST be informed within 24 hours of receipt. Under no circumstances will goods be accepted as faulty upon delivery after that time. After that time faults will be covered by manufacturers warranty and will be subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. Goods must be returned in the original packaging in good condition. A fee may be charged if packaging is damaged or packaging/parts missing. You may NOT return goods for any reason other than being faulty (subject to provisions of the Trade Practices Act NSW), a "change of mind or financial circumstances" does NOT allow return of goods.

How to Order

An order (whether by e-mail, fax or verbally or any other means of communication) from "you" to Dynamic Technology People for the supply of goods is regarded as a binding contract, orders may not be cancelled due to delays in delivery or any other reason. PLEASE do not order goods from Dynamic Technology People unless you are entirely sure!! Please fax or e-mail your purchase order to Dynamic Technology People. A pro-forma invoice will then be issued upon request which details payment options including a Credit Card form where applicable to be completed and faxed back to Dynamic Technology People. If no "official" purchase order is available an e-mail or fax showing FULL details of delivery address and billing entity will suffice.

Shipping, delivery etc.

Goods are shipped by courier or road freight. In most cases goods are shipped direct from the manufacturers warehouse to you. In the Sydney area personal delivery by Dynamic Technology People may be available if you are also wanting our installation services. Prices on this website are generally GST exclusive but do no include costs of shipping, packaging, handling or other delivery services.

All disputes will be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW, Australia.

All care is taken to ensure that specifications, products and prices are correct but no responsibility can be taken for changes by manufacturers, distributors or others. Mistakes happen so errors and omissions may occur on this website, again no responsibility can be taken. Please notify us if you find any such mistakes.
