Brett Merriman - Managing Director.

Brett has owned his own IT business for 23 years. He has a wealth of experience in the industry and provides excellent customer service to all DTP's clients.

Brett is an Avaya Certified Telephony Technician and is qualified to supply and install the Avaya IP 500 range of telephony equipment. He is also an ACT! Certified Consultant who specialises in customising ACT! CRM database systems.

Brett can also supply and install a range of other AV and presentation equipment including Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors, Visualisers, and Interactive Response Systems.

He has 30 years experience in many areas of the computer industry at both a wholesale and retail level. He has the ability to assist with a wide range of PC based hardware and software. Although his technical knowledge is vast, he communicates that knowledge in an easy to understand manner.

Brett provides a personalised approach to his clients with an emphasis on professional first-class service and support.

Kellie Merriman - Copywriter.

Kellie is a qualified journalist, manager, trainer and former retail business owner. She has worked in a variety of industries - as a journalist, corporate writer, trainer and salesperson for the past 25 years.

She holds a Bachelor of Journalism, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Her journalism and copywriting experience includes work at newspapers and with corporate clients. The work has varied from news stories and people profiles to marketing communications, web content and case studies.

Kellie possesses an excellent grasp of the English language and has a love of the written word. She delights in the opportunity to write copy to help businesses further achieve their professional goals.
